You pay a flat delivery charge of £5.99 for your order that covers the delivery of your book along with any additional books you may want to order.
Your photo book will arrive in 5-7 days. Upgrading to Expedited delivery will take 4-6 days.
You can order as many photo books as you like. The first photo book each month will require that you pay only for delivery. Additional books start at only £9.99 each. Historically photo books have been reserved only for extraordinary events, but our goal is to make them affordable for everyone to celebrate life events on a monthly basis.

Standard Softcover: Interior pages are printed on acid-free, archival paper with a satin finish that makes photos sharp and vibrant. Our softcovers are heavy stock with a high-quality gloss laminate finish.
Premium Hardcover: Interior pages are printed on acid-free, archival paper with a satin finish that makes photos sharp and vibrant. Our durable hardcovers are scratch resistant and come in your choice of deluxe matte or gloss laminate finishes.
Deluxe Hardcover with Layflat Pages: Features Flexbind hinge technology that allows your book’s spreads to lie completely flat. Extra thick interior pages are printed on acid-free archival paper with a satin finish. Our durable hardcovers are scratch resistant and come in your choice of deluxe matte or gloss laminate finishes.
Signature books: Interior pages are printed on thick, acid-free, layflat, professional silver halide photo paper and made with premium image colour and vibrancy. Our professional-grade book's hardcovers are scratch-resistant and come in a gloss laminate finishes.
You get 20 pages in each photo book to start at no additional cost, but your book can contain up to 150 pages.
All of our books are printed and bound in the UK using the highest quality standards.
iPhone or iPad: Open the Settings app, and then tap Privacy, Photos, Photobooks, and tap All Photos.
Android: Open the Settings app, and then tap Apps, Photobooks, tap Files and media, and select Allow access to media only.
Every time you snap a picture with your iPhone or iPad, location information is saved so that other apps can show where the photo was taken.
You can create a layout with multiple images with ease. Select a page then tap the layout icon. Select up to 6 photos and choose from the various layouts offered.
Yes, you have the option of standard or full bleed pages in your photobook. Switching between styles can be achieved by double-tapping on the image in the Design Book section. Alternatively, you may select the image and tap the full bleed icon in the Edit Page section.
Your photo is too small and will appear fuzzy or blurry when printed at the selected size. We suggest you choose a layout that allows you to make this photo smaller or replace it with a higher-resolution photo.
Tap your Drawer (3 horizontal lines in the upper left corner), or go to the bottom of your Home screen. Then tap Earn Free Upgrade and invite your friends and family to try FreePrints Photobooks. Please note, standard messaging rates apply for sharing via SMS.
You will receive your free 8x6 or 8x8 upgrade when they have successfully placed a FreePrints Photobooks order. Friends must use your unique invite code at time of account creation to earn your reward.
You can redeem up to 1 upgrade each month.
Your free upgrade is valid for 1 year. After that, you can share again to earn more upgrades!
No, you will not be charged VAT on your photo book as it falls under a zero rate VAT charge.
Currently our photo books can only be shipped to addresses in the United Kingdom.
Our customers love how their photo books turn out. But if by some chance you are not 100% thrilled, we are happy to provide you with a complete refund.

Yes, you can! Our facility in South Devon is open for in-person pickup on Tuesdays and Thursdays between the hours of 14:00 and 16:00. To pick up your order, just enter the promo code "PICKUP142" at checkout. The cost of delivery will be automatically deducted from your order. We'll let you know where to go when your order is ready.
